Our products are intended for personal use. Repackaging or reselling under a different brand is strictly prohibited.

2. Shipping

We aim to ship within 1–3 business days. Delays due to unforeseen circumstances (weather, courier issues, etc.) may occur.

3. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled only before shipment. Once shipped, cancellations will not be accepted.

4. Returns & Replacements

We do not accept returns. However, we will offer a replacement or store credit in case of delivery damage or incorrect items, if notified within 24 hours of delivery.

5. Pricing

All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes. We reserve the right to modify product pricing at any time without prior notice.

6. Liability

Tru Pahadi is not responsible for any allergic reactions or misuse of our products. Please read ingredient labels carefully.
